“I very much enjoyed the Pilates class yesterday, going into it I thought since I lift everyday that mat Pilates wouldn’t be hard enough but I was so wrong. By the first few glute movements my butt was already burningggggg. I felt the same way when we did core but Kenzy was great at giving modifications to make the exercises more or less difficult. She was also so motivating, encouraging everyone to keep moving the entire time. I am a certified athletic trainer currently working for multiple division 1 programs and Kenzy incorporated many mobility techniques and strength exercises that I use on a daily basis for injury prevention and rehabilitation for my athletes, as well as cueing for form to make sure everyone was doing them correctly. I would highly recommend anyone train with her regardless of fitness level. I had an amazing workout yesterday morning, felt energized throughout my entire day, and I will definitely be signing up for another class with Kenzy (I stay in Kendall but it is definitely worth the drive!) :)”

“I tried Kenzy’s 3 month online gym program and I can say that Kenzy has helped me a lot to feel more confident in my body. Before I started the program I was not feeling like myself anymore and now I feel like I am back! This program gave me great results considering I was sick 3 weeks out of the program. Kenzy showed me different ways I can stay active while being sick which made me feel like I am still contributing to my health journey. From this program I will be taking away the importance of walking and being consistent. Kenzy is knowledgeable and will help you in all the ways you need. She modified workouts if I needed it and helped me stay active while traveling for many weeks. 10/10 would recommend training with Kenzy !!”

“I have taken Kenzy’s pilates classes and she’s a badass! I was always hesitant about taking pilates, mostly because I didn’t know much about it and prioritized other workouts.
